This story begins in 1905, on
February 7th, which
identifies her with Apollo, the Greek God of
Healing. Frances Fisher was born in a very secluded place in the
mountains of Idaho, the only evidence of something unusual
happening, being a very bright star in the skies which was noted in
a number of publications in that year. Because
Frances’ work with Men from Outer Space (Angels) makes a most fantastic story
we feel it necessary to explain her early life which will show that
some people must be reincarnated for special work and there is
nothing anyone can do to change the course of a life so dedicated.
When her mother’s first baby came
she declared this was not the child she had seen in dreams and
visions but when the second child was born
she said it was the one. There were some funny marks in the skull,
the child was different.
At ten days of age that child did the
same as Buddha when ten days old, except for announcing the soul
status; the baby leaped to a sitting position
as if frightened
about something and in a few minutes dropped back again. By the time
Frances was two years old her father found it amusing to challenge
her with various taunts to hear what her answers would be. He
nicknamed her “Chosie”, her sister called her “Freak” or “Feathers”
and her brother called her “The Detective” because nothing could be
hidden from her. Her mother called her “Psyche” and “Cyclone Sixty.”
She called herself Doubles Divide because there seemed to be several
of them living in the same form. When very young she called it Me,
Myself and I for
lack of the esoteric understanding she received later in life.
At a very early age she told
things her father threatened to spank her for because they were so
exaggerated. Her mother defended her because she found reason to
believe they were dreams. With the doors of the house locked Frances
could go and come without help from her family. She was a very happy
child for she had two companions2 who were very near,
making life easy and pleasant for her. Something she was to do in
later life was explained and she spent many hours trying to figure
out how anyone could accomplish such a difficult thing and be
understood by other people. She was afraid to mention anything about
it to her parents because she was already considered different from
the other children. She wondered about her mission so much that her
companions decided to give her a lesson to lead her to
understanding. Frances was about seven years old when she was
awakened one night and shown something like a movie screen projected
on the wall just above her bed. A newspaper appeared on the screen
with a symbol printed on it. She tried to read the print but could
see nothing clearly except the symbol. She sat up and made sure she
saw what she saw and even felt the wall with her hands. The
light finally disappeared and she settled down to wonder what this could be.
Frances was happy at school
because she didn’t have to learn anything as it seemed she already
knew it. Her teachers favored her and she was given things to do
while she waited for the others to learn their lessons. When it came
to poetry and prose or
beautiful writings she read them over and whole
lessons were memorized without any effort. When six years old her
teacher gave her some raffia to work with and she turned out a very
unusual little basket in a few minutes. The ability seemed to be
something of a memory from a past life when she had done this kind
of work.
The most wonderful things took
place in her dreams. Unlike other children who dislike going to bed,
she was always happy to have a chance at new experiences of her
nightly doings which left her full of joy.
Miracles started happening when
Frances was very young. Anything she put her hand to took shape
easily. She loved babies so much that she became very
popular as a baby-sitter who did not tire of working without any
remuneration except the pleasure of it. Once when caring for a baby
a little friend asked to take the infant to swing with her. She lost
hold of the child and as it was thrown through the air, Frances’
hand picked up a pillow from the baby carriage and tossed it under
the body of the falling infant who was unhurt. The mother who saw
the near accident asked her how she could throw the pillow just
right. She did not know at the time herself as it seemed so
automatic. Later she understood it was one of the Angels who has
charge over her, who used her hand to throw the pillow and guided it
to save the baby.
Another time a little Catholic
girl lost a precious religious cross in a hayloft. The mother
grieved much about the loss. Frances prayed and was led to find it
easily. The size of the loft and amount of hay made it quite
impossible to find anything so small without the help of her
companions. Another incident occurred when a little girl fell on a
baby chicken and mashed it. Frances picked up the dead chicken,
enclosed it in her hands and prayed. In a few minutes the chicken
was restored to life. It was given to her with no little comments
from the owner. She carried it home, took a hen from the roost and
prayed for her to cluck and raise it. As usual her prayers were
answered and this was considered another miracle.
In 1918 a move to Magic Valley, Idaho, was made as a
follow-up into “marked places.” Then began the cooperation with
other higher ranking souls of the Hierarchy incarnating in the Magic
Valley area.
Footnote No. 2: Companions. During
her childhood, Frances thought of her two Teachers, the Archangels
Michael and Gabriel, as her companions, and later as Angels.
