In sending Frances out, Christ
said in His last message before her departure: “Bring peace,
endeavor peace, spread peace that the world may by peace abide and
in peace restore the First Love.” HE spoke of Him as “The First
Love,” because it was Her first Child, as well as first in her love.
He added “Blossoms art dear to Us. Find them around the world that
they may be united through love in the Supreme expectancy of Christ.
Tell them we need hands and feet of the flesh and ears attuned to
listening.” She was given the names of the countries and cities
where Chosen Ones could be found. Exact dates for her to arrive and
leave each location were given. Other information was dictated to
guide her to attend religious celebrations and visit many places
where she had worked in past incarnations. She was directed to many
art galleries and museums and other places where there were
important records which her Teachers wished her to see.
Before leaving, Frances taught a
Baptist missionary and her artist husband to “Hear” on the “Inner.”
Because of her deep love for Christ the missionary was chosen to
accompany her to Rome to help with her work there. Michael promised
to direct her husband in painting of religious pictures to be used
in the Christ work. They were to have been sold to help her expenses
abroad.
Deceptive “inner” messages turned
many against Frances whom she taught to “Hear”. They wanted to
believe all of their messages were from “The Lord” as the deceptive
“voice” declared. Two of the negative Master’s students were sent to
question the missionary and the Evil One soon learned of the planned
world tour. Mrs. Bowers became frantic because she was afraid her
deceptions would be discovered. Everything possible was done to
prevent Frances from going and many efforts were made to dispose of
her. This kept her moving quickly from one place to another to keep
out of Mrs. Bowers’ clutches. Her protectors kept Frances informed
at all times and there were instances when she escaped only by
minutes.
Things went from bad to worse.
Insane-sounding letters were mailed to all it was expected Frances
might contact with her name and address given as if the writer. Wild
telegrams and letters were sent to her home to enlist her husband’s
demands against her going. Stories were told to make it appear she
was unbalanced mentally and everything possible was done to
influence someone to put her in an institution. The negative one
wrote herself a letter and mailed it with her name and address
attached. Then she called the police to go after Frances. Frances
told them to investigate her thoroughly because she had nothing she
was ashamed of, and suggested they probe the reasons for what was
taking place. Police files at her home in Idaho contained
threatening letters to various people in several states and Canada
and they were also looking for her. Everywhere she went she was
chased, tormented, heckled and hazed. At the time she could not
understand what it was all about but her trip across revealed the
answers later. The hateful smears were so well done that she had few
friends left and she was not wanted at home where her family were
greatly embarrassed. Influences had been cleverly played to make
people think of her as a run-away wife and mother.
Her Teachers made her understand
that she had pledged to reincarnate for this work and she had been
chosen to “Open the Ways” for His coming. They said she could
be protected if she would leave the States on a certain date and
move quickly whenever They gave her warnings. It was the tourist
season and this complicated reservations on such short notice to get
all the way to India. Her guides promised to arrange a cancellation
which would help her get as far as Rome. Christ had directed her to
go to Rome because Pope Pius XII was ill. The Holy Father had been
the victim of what is known to the occult world as a “heart
chakra6”
strike from the negative faction who were determined to get him out
of offices because he knew too much to be forced under their aims
for control.
Pope Pius was not aware that
Frances had arrived in Rome, and that she was trying to obtain an
audience with him. Christ “appeared” to him and he recovered. The
Holy Father didn’t realize the significance until later, when he
wrote a letter to Frances telling his positions in some matters of
esoteric understandings, and giving her permission to publish some
of what he said; he asked her not to speak of the part the world was
not ready to understand. He spoke of the relief it would be to leave
the body and return in another to work for Christ. “I am a soldier
of the cross” he declared. He said he
was a victim of “black forces” trying to get him out of position as
Pope. He told Frances that “It is very difficult for one in my
position who knows what is right, not to be able to do what he knows
should be done.” He wrote to her again a few years later, just
before he passed this plane of consciousness, “I am ready to leave
this body because I see nothing else to do under the circumstances”
which she was well aware meant blockades by “black forces” within.
He asked Frances to go to a certain young woman in California whom
he declared had been his father in an incarnation long ago. “Ask her
to have another child which I would like to be.” Faithful to her
promise, she visited the lady then in southern California. When
given the message from Pope Pius the young woman said, “I have never
thought of Pius that way, but if John asked the same thing I love
him so much I would not have to think about it before promising.”
Later the same young woman told Frances that as soon as Pope John
passed He came to her in the Astral and asked her to have a child he
hoped to be. She then said, “God’s will be done. Let the little
Popes have their wish.”
Getting back to the world tour, no
sooner had Frances landed in Rome, she was instructed to go to the
reservations desk and leave her name for another cancellation They
planned in order for her to arrive in India “three days previous to
July twenty-eight.” At the desk they told her there was no hope for
reservations because cancellations were very rare on that particular
flight during the tourist season. In keeping with her Teacher’s
promise the airlines called her the next morning to tell her there
had been a cancellation which would get her to India exactly at the
appointed time. The flight was arranged through Istanbul, Turkey,
where she was to give informative messages concerning a riot which
was in the making. Because she had no diplomatic relations she found
it impossible to put the messages in the right hands in time to
prevent disaster. Her Guides had made arrangements for a college
instructor and lecturer from India to meet her in Istanbul. They
were both sent to an international educational meeting and both
instructed to leave before the meeting was over. They met in the
hall and the man said his Teacher had “shown” him a picture of her
and told him that he would meet her in Istanbul. There was work in
Turkey which the Space Men wanted done for the protection of
innocent victims of aggression there.
Frances arrived in India with the
Space Leader known as “M” on her trail and a message was given
concerning a plan to put her in “the house of silence.” That is
where they put their dead in India for the buzzards to pick the
flesh from the bones. At a Theosophical Society section she found
more of the Chosen Ones grouped together celebrating Blavatsky’s
birthday, a body she had worn not so long ago. She did not know why
her Guides sent her to that place until she saw the picture decked
with flowers and heard the speech honoring her past. She found a
Baptist girl from Belgium who said when she was “called,” she Heard
“go to India and work with the lepers,” and she was very obedient
without understanding anything more than it must be what is termed a
“Call.” Instead of the planned three months in India,
and seeing Nehru with important information, Frances was forced to
leave in six days. She looped back to Turkey to help as the riot
which she sensed had materialized while she was gone.
Everywhere she went she found more
of His loved ones and taught them to “Hear” the “still small voice”
of the Angels who gave them instructions to help His coming. Each
time ears were opened deceptive messages would creep in to cause the
victims to make a wrong move at the right time to cause trouble.
When this occurred the Angels were forced to close their ears to
“Hearing” from any source. Oppressors were sent to trouble her from
every angle and she was tormented by the opposing Space Master who
directed negatively-trained laborers by telepathic messages and the
crosses were many.
From Istanbul Frances was
dispatched to Teheran, Iran, to deliver some messages to the Shah
which he could have used to ease the difficult situation in the
Middle East at the time. Arriving at the airport a young man
searched her out, saying he had been sent to meet an American woman
and take her to safety. She asked him who told him about her and he
smiled and pointed upward. While riding into the city he told her
about a Catholic girl. “There is something very unusual in her
experiences and I would like for you to figure it out for me,” he
said. Upon meeting the girl Frances asked if she “heard” from
“above.” Her answer was affirmative. She was one of the few she had
met who already knew the answer.
She was then directed to help a
Chosen One who had been deceived into faithfully serving the wrong
Master. He had been interpreting the works of Annie Besant and
publishing them in various languages. Frances told him that the key
to positive understanding is given in the works of Madame Blavatsky.
As soon as he changed to Blavatsky works the Space man “M” sent his
messengers informing him he would be killed if he served the
Positive Masters, Kuthumi and Hilarion, otherwise known as Michael
and Gabriel whom it is known directed Mrs. Blavatsky in her
writings. He responded that it would be better to be dead than to
continue serving on the negative side. The “M” servants proceeded to
carry out the order and mentally projected Chakra treatments upon
him. He became very ill and the doctors were mystified. Later he
told Frances that he was hearing all kinds of deceptive messages
which aimed at inflating his ego and he was certain they were sent
by the Negatively Existent One as ancient books call the third
member of the original triad. Frances returned later to Teheran to
do some protective work and he regained his health. There is an
occult chemistry book, “Occult Chemistry,” written by
laborers for the negative Master, where the patterns of the
thought-forms for these treatments are shown. They are not labeled
for the purpose used and only well-trained operators know how to use
them.
The man in question had been
trying to make his way though Iran to America. Like many others he
was the victim of racketeers who had made him pay many times for
various documents which were supposed to permit him to enter the
United States. He said he had some payments yet to make before there
was any chance that he might be able to leave Iran. Frances tried in
vain to help him but negative influence was strong and the
conditions very bad in many government offices.
United States officials would not
cooperate in helping Frances meet the Shah and her work that trip
was quite limited. She was ready to leave when she asked her
Teachers to locate the boy who had met her at the airport when she
arrived. Suddenly he appeared, quite breathless. “Something ‘funny’
took place a short time ago. I don’t have any business out here and
I am really too busy. I was working when I ‘Heard’ a voice tell me
that you were leaving. ‘Don’t let her leave without telling you what
it is all about.’” Frances gave him some paper and told him to write
the answers to his own questions. “He will explain,” she said. He
wanted to know about the possibility of coming to America to study.
“I could help these people more if I was a doctor,” he said. The
Master had told her He needed the boy where he was. She did not tell
him herself because she knew he would be very disappointed. He was
told to stay and help the people until he was requested to do
otherwise. He was promised that he could come to America when
Called. Later his life was saved by “the voice” telling him not to
sit in the front seat of a car because there would be a wreck. He
sat in the back and was unhurt when an accident crushed the right
side of the car where he would have been sitting. Parents would want
their children to Hear on the Inner if they knew of the protection
which it affords them.
An elderly man whom Frances had
taught to Hear in Teheran was at the station to bid her farewell. He
had a pad filled with recordings he had made the night before. His
eyes were shining with delight. He kissed her hands in gratitude and
this attracted the interest of a young Catholic woman by the name of
Lucy who was on her way to Baghdad at the same time. She asked her
what made the elderly man happy. Frances did not tell her lest the
negatives would turn the girl’s church against Frances. She was so
insistent that Frances asked her to take her to her priest in
Baghdad. She felt if he wanted her to know he could tell her
himself.
Frances found the priest a
beautiful soul who told her of his “inner” experiences and how
afraid he was that all the phenomena was of the devil. He had
written the Holy Father in Rome and tested her information against
what the Holy Father had given him. He found her conclusions were
the same. He told of a small boy he knew who could Read the future
and See beautiful visions which he would paint. He wondered if the
child could be of the devil. Frances tried to explain that he was
one of the Chosen Ones who was sent to help them if they would
accept him. The proper understanding was difficult to make and Lucy
did not receive the answer she was demanding. Finally the Master
spoke to her saying, “Give her a rosary.” She gave her the one she
carried and the moment her hands touched it He spoke to her. “I will
explain,” He said, and she was filled with joy to be able to “hear”
for herself.
Before Frances left Canada Michael
had given her the name of a woman in Baghdad He said was “the best
of best,” which she interpreted as being of very high “calling.” HE
said she had a friend He wanted her to meet but He did not give the
friend’s name. With His guidance she located her easily. Frances
asked her if she “heard” directions for the work she was doing and
she admitted she was “guided.” She did not understand the source nor
the reasons and Frances was sent to explain. She invited her to
church to meet a friend whom she declared to be “a mystic like
yourself.” Her friend was a Catholic Sister whose functions were
somewhat like her own in healing and she understood her Guides were
the Christ and His Mother worked together in other incarnations In
His Name and He was bringing them together again.
The Negative Space Leader in one
incarnation long ago was known as Baal. There were many well-trained
laborers in Baghdad who were being urged to destroy Frances. Her
situation became so difficult that Christ appeared to her saying
“very dangerous, very, very dangerous.” HE seemed much concerned and
influenced an English girl who worked at the British Embassy to
invite her to stay with her as a guest. This arranged it so she
would not be in the Hotels where the negative ones would expect to
find her.
From Baghdad she was sent to
Cairo, in Egypt, to deal with the Gaza troubles, and she found her
work very difficult with reincarnate evil ones on her heels. Hates
and fears were running high so she went to Alexandria to write an
expose of negative activities in the East.
She was standing by the door of a
Hotel in Alexandria talking with a college professor when a young
man came rushing out the door. Frances recognized him as having been
a doctor in a past incarnation. She asked the professor to do
something to help her meet him because she saw at once that he was
another of the Chosen Ones. He was amazed at what she had to say and
exclaimed, “Lady, you are changing my whole life. In my spare time I
have been serving as a doctor in the community in which I live. I
have never had any training but everything seems quite natural for
me.” He explained that he was afraid that he might make a mistake
and give the wrong shots in emergencies. He said he always prayed
first and had never made a mistake. He did not know of Angel Guides
or reincarnation but his experiences made his acceptance immediate.
This was an older soul functioning somewhat from memory.
After her meeting with the young
man, she returned to her room and began to write an exposition of
the subversive activities of the Negative Leader. She intended to
mail this to cults deceived into generating powers for him to use.
Knowing how power is gathered up from fears and hates of men, and
how the oppressors use it to slap their victims, she prayed for
several days for the protection of Egypt. Vibrations from the minds
of people were getting to a pitch where they could cause an
earthquake.
Frances had
discovered records showing terrible injustices that had been forced
on a king, Ages ago, who was the physical puppet of Michael who had
been poisoned by the Lucifer counterpart. The devil’s puppet then
wore a beard with the king’s robes, successfully deceiving subjects
into following another course of actions in keeping with the
negative plan for that Age. Even though she had been told not to try
to explain her findings until later, when it would be safe to do so,
Frances was so moved as to write the story which she planned to send
to Adyar, India, Theosophical Headquarters because she believed they
would understand it. This was two months before Lucifer's Cosmic
Powers would be revoked. Just as she was finishing the story a young
guide came to take her on a planned excursion. He said that “some
voice told me to take you to buy a certain type of incense.” She
said that she was amazed that the guide was given the “message” and
wondered if she was slipping from the grace of receiving her own
“messages.” So meekly she went with the guide and purchased the
incense. Upon lighting it she realized the trick of the negative
faction who “used” the young man to cause her to make a false move
so the Lucifer soul on higher planes would be evoked to learn of
what she was trying to do. Remembering the Biblical passage
declaring “I hate your new moons (crescents) and incense,” she asked
the ever present “King of Kings” if she should throw it all in the
toilet. “Do just that” He answered. But the incense had already
attracted the attention of “the negatively existent one” as ancient
scriptures call Lucifer.
Immediately the chair upon which she was sitting
began to be pounded violently underneath, followed by a great
swaying of the tall building, on the top floor of which was the
apartment she occupied while writing the exposures. People started
pouring out of their rooms screaming and trying to go down in the
elevators. She quickly opened her door and told them, “this is an
earthquake, don’t take the elevators.” Then she quickly tore up the
document she had just signed which she planned to mail to Adyar. The
earthquake stopped immediately with little damage except for two
schools which were shattered. There was no damage to the building in
which she resided because she was being protected.
Then she prayed God to remove the power from the Master “Morya” who
had tried to dispose of her before she could expose his activities.
He had trained manipulators of mental powers all over the world, and
had watched her mentally to see what she was doing.
Frances returned to Cairo and
tried again to help with the Gaza Strip troubles but provocations
were too demanding on the attention of those whom she wished to see.
She was unable to see President Nasser to give messages which could
have helped a great deal.
One of Frances’ most interesting experiences while in
Cairo was when she was “told” to go to the Cairo Museum. Realizing
that she was always accompanied by a “Guide” from “Above,” she
turned down many guides who approached her. Then much to her
surprise her “Teacher” called her attention to a Guide who was
standing in meditation just outside the building. She was “told” to
ask this man to take her through the Museum. As soon as the tour
began, her voice was “used” to explain the tour to the Guide instead
of his explaining to her. He became very perturbed and finally went
to a bench and sat down. Wiping his brow he explained in dismay,
“You know more about this Museum than I do! You amaze me with the
information you have given me which I did not know before, even
though I spent my life in studying for my job.” He then explained to
her why he was so disturbed about explanations she was giving him.
He said that he had given Cecil B. DeMille the information for “The
Ten Commandments” Picture. He explained that Frances had brought
him to understand he had given information which was from deceptive
records prepared by the negative faction. He then told her of a
woman who had toured him through the Museum several years before,
much in the same manner as she was doing. The other woman had given
him the twisted teachings from which Wise Men of the Catholic Church
call, “the second book.” The Guide said the name of the deceptive
woman was “Gwendolyn Green.”
The Museum Guide asked Frances to “go to Cecil B.
DeMille and tell him of the mistake and that the information given
him was from the wrong faction.” Later, when she returned to the
States, she tried to deliver the information to DeMille, but those
who were in charge of the promotion of that picture made it quite
impossible. Somehow the Guide got the information to DeMille anyway,
and was told that if they could locate anyone with the right
information the Picture would be changed. The negative faction,
enjoying the promotion of their own twists, smeared and defamed
Frances to make sure DeMille never got the right information. The
Ten Commandments Picture is now used to make it seem that Moses
was greater than Jesus because of the great miracles and phenomena
which Wise Men of many Ages recognized came from satanic powers.
Before she finished her work in
Cairo,
Frances was “Called” to “go to Port Said today.” When she arrived at
the bus station she saw the reason. Another Chosen One was boarding
the bus. She saw the mark of Christ in her forehead and her Guide
told her she was right. Frances took a seat beside her and started a
conversation at once. She said she had no idea why she was going to
Port Said because she had no business there. Frances asked her if
she “heard” directions and she admitted that was the reason for the
trip. She told her how she had been instructed to give programs for
raising money for charitable work. She was a dancing teacher and
said directions for dressing the children were given in detail and
the programs had amazing results. As they visited a man came forward
from the back of the bus. He said he thought he had met her before
and asked if the lady would exchange seats with him when they had
finished their conversation. He was a doctor and was very interested
in Divine Healing. Frances explained how Allah works through
personalities who understand Divine Attunement and can “hear”
directions. She prayed for his healing from a sympathetic ailment he
had taken from his patients. He lacked the understanding of the
principles of healing on the various planes and how to protect
himself. She prayed for him to be “used” as a healing agent to help
others as she does. Her prayers were answered and another pure soul
began functioning In His Name.
When Frances returned to Cairo,
she went up to his office where one of his patients was healed while
sitting in the waiting room across from Frances. Her eyes were
opened and she saw one of her past incarnations. She said the Holy
Mother had told her on the “inner” that she would be healed when she
met a certain lady and she felt Frances was the lady.
The following year when she would
return to Cairo, the doctor would tell her how very pleased he was
because of the wonderful work he was able to do. He would also tell
her how a man with cancer was healed while lying on a couch in his
office waiting for him, and that he had relieved patients of kidney
stones and had a bottle full of them to prove it…
Another prominent physician in
Cairo heard of her and came to ask for a healing for his broken body
and the transference of healing powers to himself. Frances found
conditions present in his mind which would have necessitated her
breaking principles of Divine Healing if she granted his desire.
Mental attitudes and karmas play a large role in healings and have
much to do with how a case should be handled. There is a great field
for physicians and meta-physicians yet to explore. There are four
planes of healing and it takes much wisdom and understanding to
determine the level for each patient. Healers would do well to have
this information. “Study to show yourselves approved” of becoming
students of a Space Master and you will be given through wisdom the
powers you are found worthy to channel. The poor fellow had the
faith but without the understanding he would have had “a worse thing
come upon him,” and there would have been karmas for having departed
from principles of Divine Healing. He insisted that Jesus healed
everyone who came to Him and they had a hot round of discussion for
several hours. Frances insisted that she was bound to follow Divine
Healing Principles and would no more think of departing from Divine
Healing ethics than he would think of breaking rules of Medical
Science which governed his activities. Space Men have access to
Akashic records, also known as the “book of past lives” of the soul
and make this information available to physicians who learn to work
under them. Healers will be able to help more patients when they are
in possession of these facts. Jesus said, “This cometh not out
without much prayer and fasting.” Reason grants that one chosen for
healing activities must have done his fasting from evil in order to
have been chosen. There are some patients who must learn to fast
from their impure thinking before they are ready for a healing.
Frances’ Guides directed a
Catholic boy to her so she could explain his experiences to him. He
had been “hearing” “inner” instructions and he tried to tell the
priest who touched his head and said, “You had better watch it,
George.” She explained he should be careful about talking because
this is hard to understand until it becomes the experience of
another. George was told to go to the Pyramid with her and pray.
Michael and Gabriel “appeared” to him and said, “go home and take a
bath, pray and we will come and talk with you.” She explained that
“take a bath” meant to clean out his consciousness, but a physical
bath would serve as an outward sign of the inner grace of obedience
and cleanliness. The next time Frances saw George he said the Angels
told him he had been in the world before. He had been a very good
teacher of the Bible and was chosen to come back to help. They said
They would explain his mission at a later date when he would be
“called” to give up his work in the bank and travel. They have
continued their instruction so George will be prepared when the
“call” comes. Several of George’s family had been “called” also. His
aunt managed a hospital and she told of miracles when she called
upon the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary. She explained atrocities
she knew were forced upon people by the negative operators who had
troubled her at times. George’s aunt was interested in healing for a
fourteen-year-old boy who had cancer of the leg. The doctors had
declared that an amputation was necessary to save the boy and the
father had been resisting everyone who talked about it. The mother
was frantic because he would not let her see the child. Michael and
Gabriel helped her with the case by “appearing” to the boy to ask
him to tell his father to take him to the hospital for an operation.
They advanced the comforting thought that They would stand by to
effect a healing at that level. Because the parents were unrighteous
people it was not possible to do right by this case in awarding a
higher plane of healing. George’s aunt was very disappointed that
Frances did not come personally to the hospital to attend the boy.
She did not understand “I of myself do nothing,” as Jesus stated.
The next case was a little boy who
had suffered a severe shock four years before and had not been able
to sleep since. The account was in the papers and the child had been
taken to the hospital in a very bad condition. His heart was too
weak for him to be given drugs. Frances asked his father to take her
to the hospital and allow her to pray for him. He was ten years old
but did not look more than five. They prayed together and the father
thanked Allah when she said the child would be all right now. The
next time she visited him the boy was reported sleeping normally.
Frances was directed to a lovely
Catholic girl who worked at the switchboard at the hotel where she
was registered. “I do things for her,” the Master said. She had been
dismissed from teaching in a Catholic school because they did not
understand her unusual experiences. To comfort her Christ had
“appeared” in the Sacred Heart Church at Heliopolis. Frances
explained that this is the common experience of the Chosen Ones.
This is why Theosophical teachings state, “When the student is ready
the Master appears.” The girl’s name was Victoria and the Master
told her He liked her name because His name had once been Victor.
She had never heard of reincarnation and could not understand what
He was talking about. It did not make sense to others she knew.
Frances had to be careful in talking to her lest there arise some
misunderstandings. The Angels took over by explaining whom Frances
had been before and told of her mission this time. Reincarnation
seemed to frighten her and she declared what They explained to her
about her was almost too fantastic to believe.
A newswoman heard reporters
talking about Frances and she rushed to her hotel to say she had
been watching for her ever since The Mother had told her on the
“inner” that she would come to Egypt sometime. Frances’ Teachers
change her face at times to introduce her to people with whom she
has worked in other incarnations.
Frances noticed a young girl on a
bus whose family proved to be more of the Chosen Ones. The Angels
told her that they had been related in past incarnations. A few days
later Frances entered the office where the young girl worked. The
girl was amazed at the greeting in Arabic she claimed Frances gave
her. Her Guardian Angel had spoken for her. The young girl’s father
and mother took instructions in Divine Attunement while Frances was
there and both were doing quite well when she left. One day Michael
told the father that he would be sent to Saudi Arabia. “How can I go
when I have a family here to support?” he asked her. Her reply was,
“If He told you that you are going, something will bring it about.”
He was sent to Saudi Arabia with expenses paid shortly after that.
In their family was a baby who had hiccoughed since birth and was
hardly able to eat. Frances held him and prayed a few minutes, gave
them a small heart which opened to show a picture of Mary and The
Child, and that was the last of his troubles.
A few days before leaving Egypt, a
reporter came to interview her who said that he did not believe a
word of what she told him. He said if she wanted to prove herself
she could heal his small child who was ill. Frances asked him to go
home and pray earnestly to be told if she was a hoax or not, and he
would be given the answer. She left the rest to her Guardian Angels.
The next morning he called to say that the child was well and many
phenomenal things had taken place to make him understand. He wanted
to see her as soon as possible and talk it over.
From Egypt, Frances returned to
Rome in hopes of meeting the Missionary whom Michael had chosen to
help her with her work there. There was no word from her nor any
answers to her letters and telegrams so she was sent to Tripoli,
Libya, Africa where her Guides had something for her to do. First
she was to find a Chosen One working in an Embassy. As soon as they
met the young woman spoke the name of one of her past incarnations
and asked her if she was right. Frances told her there was a reason
why she never answered and knew she would understand. The young
woman pulled out her desk writing board and showed Frances her
pledge fastened to it with scotch tape. She had promised to go any
place in the world to work for Peace. She had been inclosing olive
leaves in peace letters.
Frances was then directed to an
American Army Officer’s wife to explain something she could not
understand. She had never been in Tripoli before and wanted to know
why she knew her way around as if she had lived there all her life.
She could locate anything in the old ruins anyone wished to find.
Frances asked her if she had thought of reincarnation. She accepted
the idea as the only reasonable answer. Hers was a form of memory
which is keener in older and more developed souls.
Frances discovered subversive
activities which should be reported to the Holy Father in Rome, and
to the U.S. Government. Negatives censuring mail made it dangerous
to report something which was building up to a disastrous
proportion. She promised to make the reports but it was impossible
to put the information in the proper hands.
From Tripoli she was sent to Nice,
France. When she arrived she found the party she went to see had
left for Madrid. She tried to get reservations back to Rome but the
heavy tourist travel made reservations on short notice impossible.
She went to a Hotel to pray, leaving her name so they could call her
for the cancellation she had learned to expect when it was right.
The next morning she was promised a seat for the six o’clock flight
in the evening. At noon her Guide told her to check in at the
Airlines terminal. To mortal sense it looked foolish to check in six
hours before, but she was obedient. “Walk down the street,” she was
directed after checking her suitcase. “Turn here and keep going.”
She continued until her attention was called to a symbol on the sill
of a store window. She stopped to ponder the idea and the keeper
came out in a few minutes. He said, “I knew all morning that you
were coming.” They talked the language of Divine understanding and
he told her there were about twenty more of the Chosen Ones who had
found each other there. They
were so busy talking that the noon hour passed and he missed his
lunch. Frances went out to buy something for him to eat. As she
walked along the street she saw a small colored girl with her
parents. She could see at once this was another of His loved ones.
She prayed for something to take place to make it possible for her
to meet her parents. When she returned with the lunch they were in
the store. The young man introduced them and they found mutual
understanding. They were from England and their Guides had brought
them together.
Returning to Rome, Frances again made several more
efforts to see the Pope but was unsuccessful. The
World Tour was about to be rudely disrupted by the negative faction
who deceived the Mother’s then closest helpers into turning against
her, limiting her financially by misappropriation of funds, and
failing their pledge to help at a most crucial moment.
The Missionary was still missing
and her telegrams were unanswered.
Frances has visited only nine
countries and there were many more on her list. She was running
short of funds and no answer came from her family or friends to whom
she had written or wired. In desperation she contacted her banker by
wire and discovered that something was wrong. Her Teacher said, “A
dire problem for you to solve,” and she was forced to return to try
to put things straight.
At the time President
Dwight David Eisenhower had
what appeared to be a sudden heart attack while he was in Denver in
September 1955, so Frances rushed from Rome to Denver to neutralize
the work of the negatives in that area.
The President also became a victim of the same “unseen”
forces
that had
earlier tried to destroy the Holy Father,
and had stumbled into what is known as a “Heart Chakra” treatment
projected mentally. There is little known about it in this country
but in Eastern countries it has been known for centuries. Perhaps
some of the negative laborers stationed in governmental positions
had been failing to get the President to do something he did not
recognize to be in keeping with the high principles for which he was
known to stand. Some victims are “forced” by drugs and potions put
in drinks or food. Mesmerism is brought about by harsh music or
cleverly arranged sounds to cause unbalanced mental conditions. This
serves to make the victim more susceptible to mental forces and
there is seldom material evidence to prove anything. The forces are
directed at any of the seven most vital centers of the body called “Chakras.”
When death occurs it is attributed to natural causes pertaining to
whatever organs were attacked.
On the plane heading back to the States, she was
sitting by a boy from Israel who told of the part he was being sent
to play in the destruction of Eisenhower by what Zionists call
“machinations.” As soon as her plane landed in New York, she bid for
understandings and help of FBI agents, who perhaps only thought of
her as a “kook.” When she was unable to get them to listen because
of a blockade set up by influences previously exerted by Mary Martha
Bowers, she rushed to Denver, did what was necessary to save
President Eisenhower who was later released from hospital after a
seven-week stay, chased the culprits out of that city, followed them
into Canada and exposed them there. They then fled to Bern,
Switzerland, thence to Sweden and finally sneaked back into the
States where Frances again pursued them until their tactics were
somewhat understood by the FBI whom she requested to get “Occult
Chemistry,” surely a book of the devil, written by Leadbeater
and Besant, the latter being the physical counterpart of Master
Morya at the time.

Chakra. As we have explained in Chapter IV, one of the seven
Chakra Centers is
the heart, and mental malpractitioners trained by the
negative faction, through the use of Black Magic, can cause their
victims to suffer a heart attack. The method is undetectable by
conventional medicine but effective, nonetheless, and very lethal.
