1958-1994 – Interdenominational Divine Order Comes to Support the Work of the Reincarnate Mother

Many More Miracles Take Place

After the repeated failures to secure a “safe place to lay His head,” Interdenominational Divine Order was established in Boulder, Colorado, in 1957. In 1960 it moved to Twin Falls, Idaho. In August 1961 Interdenominational Divine Order, otherwise known as I DO, was incorporated. The Organization was formed to help The reincarnate Mother prepare such a place so God would find some ready to protect Him and He could be returned. Because I DO researched better understandings, they were Chosen to tell the story and recruit older souls whose karmic rights were in line for a part of the “first” work upon His return.

Specific work of I DO, like the Essenes in the time of Jesus, was concentrated in preparation of laborers to meet a need expected at His Advent. The greatest preoccupation was giving information which would help make His Coming possible, and establish safety for Him and His Great Plan.

After The Child was “caught up” Frances worked hard to make better understandings and recruit enough aid to make His return possible. She had been ever rejected by others who were claiming one or another of her incarnations, even if none of them showed on any other face except the One who served humanity in forms which Her loving Father had now arranged to prove for Her in this manner. At times Michael and Gabriel, the higher plane manifestations of Christ and Mary “appeared” with her. Some reported seeing Christ “appear” through her body to further the proof of her identity. Perhaps some esoterics would be unable to explain this so-called phenomena, but we have found that there is nothing of this nature which She could not explain even though she declared that she never knew what her Angel helpers would bring forth when frantically trying to help make understandings so necessary for the safe return of Her Child.

However fantastic this story might seem, it will be found to be the Truth. Her face changed to show the Akashic records of past incarnations when she helped mankind before and The Child “appeared” with her to further prove her identity. HE changed from a very young child to a young boy and then to a man with a beard we recognized as Christ.

Frances was now better supported in her efforts to bring “Truth to make free” and was sent by Christ on several missions to carry out the work of “opening the ways” for His return and acceptance as a “Little Child to Lead Them.”

One such mission was to help the Church of Latter Day Saints (Mormons). Christ was trying to protect the Church, and it was time for the L.D.S. people to know a story I DO research had uncovered. HE directed Frances to share it with the Church. At one time the Apostles (of the Mormon Church) had received a “message” that someone would come to a certain gate on the Temple grounds in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a message. The message directed her to a small gate entering the Temple grounds, between the reception building and the Temple.  Frances had no way to know their secret, but Christ told her to go to the gate mentioned. An L.D.S. lady from Boise, Idaho was standing at the gate on the Temple side. As Frances approached the gate it was opened by an invisible force. The Boise lady then told her that a “message” was given the Elders about someone who would come to that gate with “a vital message for the Church.” They were told the gate would open for the right one who would then go through the Temple. The Boise lady said that members of the Church had been taking turns watching at the gate. She said she had been there for two and one-half months of her three months pledge. She asked her if she was a Nephite, to which Frances answered in a question, “What is a Nephite but someone whom you do not understand?” With that the lady stepped aside to receive her on the Temple grounds. After closing the gate the two walked together to the temple.

But when in a place that the rules of the Church forbid, she was challenged for the reasons for such a dare. She answered, “I have a vital message for the Church,” after which she was given a “run-around” from one to another Elder who misunderstood because Moroni said that a woman cannot have the power of the priesthood. Each declared that what Frances was doing could only be accomplished by a man. She answered that she did not claim “Power of the Priesthood,” but only obedience to Christ who had chosen her to deliver the Message. “If a woman cannot do it, why don’t the men do it,” she reasoned.

It was time for the veil of the Temple to be rent so the Mormons could see through it and be wise. They would do well to find out why Moroni took two tablets away and left the third. Unfortunately, when Frances was sent by Christ and the gate opened, the message He gave to save that Church was rejected because she was a woman and the evil one said no woman could do the work of God, (because ancient prophecies said a woman would expose him and bring about his downfall.)

If the Mormons could claim their God-given rights as Latter Day Saints as they were “told” from “above,” and with open minds investigate, they would find out what Catholics discovered when they went after the same problem in their church. They would then take Moroni down from their Salt Lake Temple and put Gabriel up there to blow the horn of Truth which is His right. Moroni was this “third” Nephite, or member of the “first triad” or “trinity” who took away the tablets containing the records of the other two who originally called Joseph Smith to be a channel for the restoration of “Truth.” Again, as in many lives before, the Joseph Smith soul suffered at the hands of those who “spotted” him and his later mission to try to restore “Truth” which the Lucifer soul distorted when he worked his physical counterpart into the position of Pope in Rome. He was later called “The Black Pope” when his status was discovered. The “message” still stands ready for acceptance when understandings develop sufficiently.

Between 1957 and 1959, at the time I DO was getting underway, Frances wrote seven Booklets under the guidance of her two Teachers, Michael and Gabriel. The Booklet “Truths Recorded from Higher Planes” was ready for the press and she supposed there was nothing more to be written in it. Just as she prepared to deliver the manuscript she was “told” to add the following:

“Those who ‘study to show themselves approved’ may attain to meeting the Space Masters and will be the first to be chosen for advantages of The City Four-Square⁷. We have changed plans for the location due to negotiations taking over other places selected previously.

Things are drawing to a close. The past world and all its wearies of days will soon be gone. We invite the worthy to come to a New World willingly to help in Our cause. We invite the older souls to become Wise Men of today. There are Wise Men now who can lead and direct those who make themselves worthy to meet Space Masters. We have Wise Men who know thoroughly well about the Infinite Plan of drawing the Chosen Ones together in a substantial working consciousness enveloping interests in His work which will involve whole families. Men will not be separated any more from their loved ones and homes by deceptions causing so much trouble as of the past. In a beautiful stead will be manifested man’s happiness governing over the struggles of before and arranging a complacency many never dreamed to be possible. Whole families will be given training in any enlightened phase of study they desire, and the natural way of learning will be presented from wisdoms known for many centuries past which you will easily recognize as filial to your purposes, rank and chivalry. All will find their work has taken on a life so enhancing as to destroy age marks from those who help in the Holy City. Actually tradesmen of all manner may come and join the entry work with a freedom to help in any of the many fields needing assistance.

We will need teachers, building contractors. Trades many will open into activity of a line to employ all in the commendatory of a spiritual encampment. There will be degrees of honor for those living in this realm with wishes for more understanding about the world’s change to real happiness and much relief from strivings of the mortal way. There will be no worry over ills or aches, for all pain will cease in the land of the “free.”

There will be no one too good to be in this grouping of tradesmen, for all who are seeking the right employment will alike take their places as fulfilling of a plan coming into this life or incarnation to help the Christ work he has promised to do. So coming assigned to the work at birth it assures an activity awaiting his arrival and he will meet with no disappointments. This employment will be for men, women and children, all to be encouraged to higher standards of training from all levels which are countless.”

This message was a “call” to recruit more “hands and feet of the flesh with ears attuned to listening” to get behind the work of this Age and help with the preparation for His Advent, which everyone working around Frances knew was just around the corner of human experience.

Since The Child was “caught up” in 1955, He “appeared” with Frances only in the Astral body which could be “seen” by those whose vibratory rate is equal to it. Being given to “see”, were those pure in heart who came to the Interdenominational Divine Order where their minds were conditioned so they could understand their phenomenal experiences which are known to be God’s way of “calling” many. Some who came to the I DO Organization had to be helped clear the debris of former misconceptions before they had the glorious experience of “seeing Him as He is.” Whenever The Child “appeared” with The Mother there was healing.

There was a very severe case of hiccoughs in a Denver Hospital. Doctors were unable to do much for the patient during his six months at the hospital. Finally a report was given that the man was losing weight and the case seemed hopeless. It was then that Frances visited the patient. She had some trouble getting past the Superintendent who made her promise not to put the healing in the paper if she was successful. The patient was brought to a private office in the hospital where he met her. She first asked him what his religion was. He replied “Catholic,” and she told him that it did not matter what faith, but she wanted to know what prayer he would offer when she asked him to pray. After a few moments of prayer he opened his eyes in surprise. When she asked him what astonished him, he replied, “I see my dear Lord.” She waited a few minutes and noted his greater astonishment. She asked him to explain what he was “seeing.” His reply was, “you would not understand.” She assured him that it was not her first experience with such things and if he would tell her what he saw she would explain it. He then said that he saw Virgin Mary with The Child on her lap. She asked him how old The Child appeared to be. His reply was that He might be from three to five years old, but he could not determine the age because of the white robe He wore. She told him that he would be released from the hospital in three days, and left him with the admonition to pray for others in order to make himself a channel for Divine forces which would complete his healing. Three days later she received a telephone call that he had gained five pounds and had been released. This is only one of the many miracles which prove her status as the Mother.

At the time Interdenominational Divine Order incorporated and began using the first letters of each of the three words, – I DO, Frances did not know that Ancient prophecies stated that in the Last Age “I DOers” would lead out with advancements they were to be given. Nor at the time when Frances was “told” to purchase a certain piece of land, (a great surprise to her) did she know that a group of religious people from the east had at one time located on the same property. She learned the story when investigating the reason for a cistern and other evidence of people having lived there before. After being “told” to purchase the specific location she learned there had been a Church on the property long ago. It was such a long time ago that nobody could tell her when the people moved away or where they took the Church. But we now know the location was especially marked with very high vibrations, good, fresh air, beautiful scenery, good farming land and everything to make pleasant living possible. Christ has been “seen” by many at this location.

A lady from Parma, Idaho, told I DO that, in meeting Frances, she observed a number of psychic phenomena while in her presence. Later, while in Colorado and riding to the top of a mountain to pray with Frances, the same lady smelled a fragrance. Frances said she did not wear perfume. Upon reaching the top of the mountain, Frances got out of the car and prayed a few minutes. The lady heard a choir of male voices but there was no physical choir there. Frances told her she would pray for her to see some of her past lives. The lady saw a number of facial changes shortly afterwards. As Frances prayed, the lady saw her features change to other incarnations, her skin clean up and at one time a Small Child “appeared.” She also reported seeing a light about a foot in diameter over Frances’ head.

Another supporter named Mildred from Nevada reported the following. “I have seen Mrs. Sande many times. I see her face change and feel without the help of anyone except Those Above I was guided to find her and recognize her standing. I Heard the words from above as if explaining something, saying, ‘Take me back in the sands of time where I once trod with faces of old. Once again we meet to glorify His Name!’ An experience like this could convince anyone.”

Yet another person reported the following: “I have personally witnessed symbolisms in red and white playing on the forehead of Frances Sande. It was like a movie screen where the symbols changed. I know many others who can testify to same as well as “seeing” what could be identified as “fingers of God” dressed in white robes enacting a play which foretold a very important fulfillment of prophecy which took place several weeks later. It seemed the reason was to alert a group of I DO people so they could be ready to meet the emergency. It seems that one could expect God to use Frances for anything needed at the time. So fantastic is what happens that it stands one in awe. I am a satisfied seeker who found what I was looking for in Idaho. I was guided to Twin Falls by a friend who wanted me to see what she had discovered.”

In the mid nineteen sixties, a woman wrote I DO and said she had recently attended a meeting where various phases of New Age ideas were being discussed. It seems that someone must have known that the Lady I DO say is the reincarnate Mother was present. Anyway, it was hinted that someone was in the audience who should be on the platform. This started something which brought about the invitation for that person to speak. Frances appeared to be somewhat tired or burdened at first, but as she spoke she changed from a middle-aged woman to a beautiful young person whom people all over the hall recognized as Virgin Mary. One declared she saw an open book appear on her forehead. Others claimed many symbols were appearing and changing on her forehead. Everybody was astonished with the wisdom she expressed, and the help she had from higher planes.

A Minister who visited the I DO Center was asked to pray for an answer to questions she had in mind concerning what is going on at this location of greater Cosmic Interest. She was “told” from Above, “It is the working out of a Cosmic Birth on this plane.”

In 1965 Frances visited India with a promise that their Kutch and Kashmir wars would cease if she could see their high officials. Within fourteen hours she had talked with Shastri and their President. If Mr. Shastri had given her permission to meet the need herself, he would not have become a victim of a plot against his life. She was empowered by the greatest Angel guardians of humanity who guided her every move and provided the necessary proofs that hers was a “Divine Mission” as reported in the New Delhi newspapers at the time. It was announced that “Mystical Miss I DO is in India with a Message of Peace.” The concluding feature of Hierarchical provision, confirming her mission as Divinely authorized, was a very large and bright star which has accompanied many of her missions. Indian papers had many questions concerning the Star, asking if anyone could explain it. After conferring with the highest Indian officials, Frances left India, giving the answer to reporters, the contents of which were: “He whom some call Buddha, others know as Brahma, Muhammedans recognize as Michael (leader of the Hosts of heaven), and Christians call Christ, sent someone to India with a message of Peace. It was His Star that followed her plane.” Appealing to those great religions, the Kutch War ended in eight days and the Kashmir was resolved shortly thereafter.

       “HIS Star⁸”

Because it was foreseen that the Vietnam War would be deadlocked in a climax involving great world danger, Christ sent Frances with a message to the Leaders of Buddhists in many locations, the most important of whom was the Lady Poona of a Royal Bangkok family who is known to be the Leader of three hundred million Buddhists. The idea was to get the message to Buddhists everywhere so Buddha, who is known to Christians as The King of Kings, might return to bring world peace. Lady Poona wanted Frances to tour the Buddhist world with the message, but Frances asked her to give it to the Buddhists in the way she knew they would accept it, while she would go to others who needed the message even more than Buddhists whose foundation in reincarnation made it easier for them to understand. The message was “When it looks like annihilation, look up and see what I will do.”

Another time when Christ “appeared” with Frances to heal a loved one who needed physical help, the lady cried all night and was headed for confession in a Catholic Church the next morning. She was so emotionally upset that the manager of the apartment house where the lady lived, scolded the (unrecognized) Mother stating, “You cannot do this in my apartments.” The reincarnate Mother replied by question, “Do you think I can control Christ or what He wants to do?” She added that she would explain to the upset lady that Christ “appeared” to her because He loved her and symbolized a “calling” for some part of His work of this Age. This instance is being related to make our readers more aware of what panic could take place at His Advent when those now ignorant of His ways will be forced to “wish to know.”

In the late nineteen sixties, Interdenominational Divine Order were "Told" that the publishing work was done for this Age and that they should now await "That Day" when "all eyes SEE" what they were GIVEN to SEE. Since the late nineteen sixties, no one was getting anything at all from Above because the world had entered into a period of SILENCE as the scriptures prophesied would be the case previous to that Great Change all esoteric peoples expect at any moment. Even “I DO” were not GIVEN anything more than they were entrusted with before the period of Silence began, and nothing more will be given until "That Day."

For the next quarter century, Frances lived out her life and continued “Doing” His work both from her Headquarters located on Main Street in Twin Falls, Idaho, and from her farm in Murtaugh, just outside of Twin, where she held weekly Sunday afternoon prayer meetings with Faithful Ones, except of course when she was away on missions “In His Name.” During her remaining years, she was sent by Christ on many missions all over the world to find more of “His Blossoms” and instruct them in Divine Attunement.

Headquarters before "I DO" was disbanded.	The farm where Frances lived until her passing in 1994.

 

Footnote No. 7: The City Four-Square.  The soul of Virgin Mary is called "T-Zion", “The City Four Square” or “White City” of Scriptural prophecy that would be established by the souls known as the four-horsemen of the Apocalypse.
