God made Cosmic Laws to control the world when it was created. These Laws are based on Cosmic Principle, the karmic results of which rewards good experiences for righteous doing, or on the other hand, suffering for mistakes until they are corrected. Divine Laws governing the universe will never change, but thinking will be rearranged to conform with those laws, finding real peace thereby. Cosmic law continues in effect whether poor humanity understands the principles of soul evolution or not.
